Create your shipment by selecting your destination, package size and desired pick up time. A Zendit driver will pick up your package and will hand it off to one of our carrier partner for final delivery. You will be alerted of the progress of your shipment by email and text message.

Ultimately, the chosen carrier for your shipment is based on the selected service, the overall satisfaction rating from our clients’ previous shipments and most importantly, the carrier’s reputation for the destination in question.
We always offer 4 services: Postal, Standard, Express and Urgent. The Postal service always ships with a postal company such as Canada Post while the Standard, Express and Urgent services always ship with a courier company such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and Purolator.

Our services are presently offered to certain areas within the city of Montreal Canada. We are always monitoring market demand in order to expand our service area.
You can ship to more than 220 countries and territories around the world. We’ve partnered with the leading courier companies so that your packages are always shipping with the most trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.
You can ship up to 3 packages per shipment. If you have more than 3 packages to ship to the same destination, please create 2 separate shipments.
The maximum allowed weight per package is of 50 lbs or 23 kg.
We allow 4 package sizes. Small, Medium, Large and Extra-large. A Small package is comparable in size to that of a shoe box while an Extra-large package is comparable to a checked luggage.
Pickup times are from Monday to Sunday from 10ham to 3hpm Eastern Standard Time. Please schedule pickup 1 h 30 prior to your desired pickup time.
Most services we offer include coverage with maximum liability of $100.00 CAN included. You can also purchase extra insurance if the value of your shipment is greater than the maximum liability. The maximum value for which a shipment can be covered is of $2,000.00 CAN/per shipment.
Zendit offers 4 services ranging from Postal, Standard, Express and Urgent. Depending on the service and destination chosen, estimated transit time may vary from 1 to several business days.
After creating your shipment, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track your shipment. You will also receive a series of emails and text message alerts with real-time shipment progress.
You do not need to print any paperwork. We will take care of all the paperwork once your shipment is picked up by our driver.
We offer FREE cardboard envelopes for documents and we also offer robust bubble mailers for Small and Medium sized packages.
You may not tender for shipment any of the following prohibited items:
We accept credit card payments made with Visa, Master Card and American Express.
To finalize the creation of your shipment, we will take a pre-authorization amount equivalent to the amount you were quoted on. The payment transaction is only confirmed once we have picked up the package and validated the package details at our warehouse.
You can modify your shipment if your package has not been picked up by our Zendit driver or if your package is at our warehouse prior to having it shipped by sending us an email to email@example.com
A shipment that has not yet been picked up by our Zendit driver can be canceled simply by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A shipment that has been picked up by our Zendit driver and is headed to our warehouse, or already there, can be canceled by sending us an email to email@example.com as long as it’s before 4hpm Eastern Standard Time.
Once the package at our warehouse, if we feel that the package weight and/or size is inaccurate we may possibly revise the pricing by advising you. If information is missing or inaccurate in the destination address upon delivery, fees may apply in order to request a modification.
If you are shipping a package abroad, the customs authorities in the destination country may charge customs fees and taxes to the recipient upon delivery, depending on the value of the shipment and/or the type of content. Please contact customs in the destination country for more information.
